This is an 8 class series for folks who are feeling grief from death of a loved one, other loss, or major life transitions.
It is a safe place to be seen and heard while feeling the pain of grief, explore it's reality in your life, and begin to find strategies to integrate your grief into life moving forward

My Mission is to open up conversations about death, dying, loss, and grief, and to bring death back into the beauty, mystery, and celebration of life. Living with an awareness of our mortality can bring death back into everyday life, and bring living fully into the dying process.
